This is the first installment of a regular blog post where I will show you my fave fashion items. Today I thought I would start with shoes!
I'm a real shoe girl and although I really struggle wearing high heels and keeping a smile on my face at the same time, I loooove them. These are my current love affair...
They are vintage Moschino and I bought them for a steal on ebay. I desperately wanted a pair of studded shoes a la the Christian Louboutin studded Mary Janes everyone went crazy for, however I certainly didn't have the budget to spend on them. I could, however spend £40 on these! Although high, they have a platform which makes them much easier to walk in and they are covered in 80's style studs which make them very hard and punky, however in direct contrast they have a lovely grossgrain bow on the front. I personally think they are even better than the Louboutins and I can't believe my luck in getting hold of these!
Next up are the first pair of Miu Miu's I purchased. I used to work near Bond Street, London and one lunchtime wilst bored I took a stroll down to the Miu Miu boutique and spotted these...
They may not look it from the picture but these are very, very high. So high in fact, I can barely walk in them but nevertheless, they are my all time faves because it reminds me of the time I finally got myself a permanent, well paid job and was able to blow some money on a pair of fantasy shoes! They are currently sitting on display in my bedroom in a large perspex display box!
Naturally to follow on from these are my next pair of fave Miu Miu shoes...
They are my snakeskin metallic open toed shoes which I managed to get from Yoox. They have been really well worn (as you can see from the picce) however they never, ever fail to make a simple jeans and t-shirt outfit look stylist and trendy and I always get comments from people on them. Again this Spring / Summer, I will be wearing these with pride!
I have loads more shoe faves which I will carry on with this week and share with you all. I'd be really interested to see you wardrobe faves too. Comment / message me with photos of them!
